4. Purchases, Trials, and Subscriptions

1. Some Tutu Studio products may be free, and others may require one-time payments, subscriptions, or separate license purchases.
2. Pricing, trial availability, renewal terms, cancellation handling, and refund eligibility may vary by product and by sales channel.
3. Payments are typically processed by third-party platforms or payment providers. We do not control their billing systems and are not responsible for their independent terms or practices.

5. Privacy and Third-Party Services

1. Your use of the Software is also subject to the Privacy Policy.
2. The Software may integrate with or link to third-party services. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and the Company is not responsible for third-party conduct.
3. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with the terms that apply to any third-party service you choose to use with a Tutu Studio product.

6. Intellectual Property

8. Limitation of Liability

1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Software.
2. Where liability cannot be fully excluded, the Company's total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable Software or service giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

1. You may stop using the Software at any time.
2. The Company may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, misuse the Software, or create legal, operational, or security risk.
3. Upon termination, the license granted to you ends immediately and you must stop using affected Software.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, excluding conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or the Software will be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction serving the Company's principal place of business, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

11. Changes to These Terms
